Description

This is a brand New reproduction set of the thin side trim clips for 1963, 1964, and 1965 Buick Riviera models only. This is a complete set of mounting clips for the roughly 1/2 inch wide thin side trim that runs the length of the car.

I have compared these clips to the originals and they are all correct. (The wire clips have been upgraded for a tighter fit, others are selling wire clips that when installed are very loose on the car. The 4 nuts have also been upgraded to a nut that has a free spinning washer on it which makes installing much nicer).

Below is where these clips go on the car:

– The 6 wire clips are used on the front fenders (3 per side)

– The top left of the 1st pictures shows the 6 wire clips for the front fenders.

– The clips with the threaded studs are used on the ends of both doors. The clips attach to the ends of the trim on the doors and go through the outer door skin and then through the inner door and then you put the nut on. (top right of 1st picture).

– The top right of the 1st picture shows the clips for the doors.

– The white plastic clips are used on the doors, except for the ends and they are used on the quarters (behind the door in front of the rear tire and behind the rear tire). These clips snap into the trim and then you push clip into the body.

– The top right of the 1st picture shows the clips for the doors.

– The bottom left of the 1st picture shows the clips for the rear quarter in front of the rear tire.

The bottom right of the 1st picture shows the clips for the rear quarter behind the rear tire.
